Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, Chef Bizkit is a small batch artisan formulation studio and some products are made to order to ensure freshness and optimal benefits of a product.

 

You will be notified should we be in the process of formulating a specific product in the Chef Bizkit collection. Orders, where payment is received after 12:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

 

FREE SHIPPING on all orders of R1200 or more after any discounts or promotional vouchers. For an order of less than R1200.00 please check and tick the correct courier option at checkout. Alternatively, any order can be arranged for self pick up at Chef Bizkit headquarters, situated in Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort, Gauteng. Pickups are Monday to Friday, between 9am - 12:00 pm and 2pm - 4pm only.

 

Chef Bizkit will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed and a collection is booked by the courier company. Please use the tracking number provided via email or contact the courier company directly regarding questions pertaining a delivery. These contact details will be provided with your tracking number via email.

 

Chef Bizkit does not ship internationally. 

 

Chef Bizkit makes use of a third-party courier service and therefore does not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:

  • Delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched to the third party courier service;
  • Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers
  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers;
  • Deliveries are received at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser. 

 

Cancelled Orders

Once an online order is placed and a shipping notification has been send, no orders can be cancelled. If you need to cancel an online order, Chef Bizkit needs to be notified immediately and before a shipping notification is send. No refund will be made once a shipment left with the courier company.

 

There are no refunds on any products once a shipment has left the Chef Bizkit premises. We only refund defective (please see return policy) products.
